We ship hundreds of configured orders every week and are well versed in meeting tight deadlines. Next day delivery is offered as standard on all orders placed before 5pm UK time*, and same-day courier services are available within mainland Europe.
Heathrow International Airport is just minutes from our UK warehouse, meaning packages can often be shipped on the next available flight and arrive with customers anywhere in the world within 24 hours.
*some international destinations may necessitate 48 hour delivery
Shipping partners
We have long-standing accounts with numerous shipping and courier services such as UPS and DHL, giving us a range of supply options for any destination.
We have also developed a last-stop pickup arrangement with FedEx, granting us the additional time needed to process last minute orders whilst maintaining our next day delivery commitments.
In particular, this arrangement allows us to guarantee next-day delivery to the US.

Consignment
At LA Direct Solutions, we know that our own success depends on the success of our customers and, in the fast moving world of channel sales, flexibility is key.
That’s why we’re happy to offer consignment order agreements to our partners, allowing them to order and hold stock, drawing down over a set period of time.
Price match
A few terms and conditions to bear in mind:
- The product on the competitor site must be identical to the product on lads.com, in specification, condition and included warranty
- The product must be in stock on the competitor site and be available for delivery within the same time
- Price match is only valid on the day of order and must be verified by our team on the same day. Any price match offer made will expire at the end of that working day.
- Price match cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount
- We cannot offer a price match on products purchased on finance
- Prices on auction or shopping sites such as Amazon and eBay are excluded from this offer. The product must be available from a UK competitor’s own site.
- LA Direct Solution’s decision and offer will be final
