If any hardware is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it straight away as long as it’s within its warranty period. For products outside of their warranty period, we’re happy to assist with a fixed hourly rate.
For the majority of our products, we provide a complimentary five–year warranty. This
includes servers, workstations and storage arrays.
Some older generation products and consumable items such as HDDs, SSDs, Batteries and
GPUs come with our standard one–year warranty at no additional cost.
For items covered by our one–year warranty, we also offer the option to purchase a three or
five–year warranty on selected items.
On our Dell recertified products, we offer on–site next–business day warranty – ensuring a
certified Dell technician is dispatched to your customer.
*Note: Many products that we offer a five–year warranty on, particularly our configure–to–order items, come with consumable components in them, meaning these may not be covered by our five–year warranty. All other parts would be.
In the event your customer may require support, we have a portal that’s accessible at any time, where you can submit a ticket to our team and receive a response within 24 working hours.
Upon submitting a ticket, you will need to include your order reference, the system tag or serial number of the hardware and a description of the problem.
