If any hardware is defective or damaged, we’ll replace it straight away as long as it’s within its warranty period. For products outside of their warranty period, we’re happy to assist with a fixed hourly rate.

Our Warranty Services

Industry-Leading 5 Year Warranty

For the majority of our products, we provide a complimentary fiveyear warranty. This
includes servers, workstations and storage arrays.

Standard 1 Year Warranty

Some older generation products and consumable items such as HDDs, SSDs, Batteries and
GPUs come with our standard oneyear warranty at no additional cost.

Extended Warranty Options

For items covered by our oneyear warranty, we also offer the option to purchase a three or
fiveyear warranty on selected items.

Dell Warranty

On our Dell recertified products, we offer onsite nextbusiness day warranty ensuring a
certified Dell technician is dispatched to your customer.

*Note: Many products that we offer a fiveyear warranty on, particularly our configuretoorder items, come with consumable components in them, meaning these may not be covered by our fiveyear warranty. All other parts would be.

A Streamlined Ticketing System & 24/7 Maintenance

In the event your customer may require support, we have a portal that’s accessible at any time, where you can submit a ticket to our team and receive a response within 24 working hours.

Upon submitting a ticket, you will need to include your order reference, the system tag or serial number of the hardware and a description of the problem.
