24/7/365 maintenance
You and your customers depend on systems being up and running 24/7/365. That’s why our maintenance services are also up and running 24/7/365, encompassing an expert technical support team and field-based hardware maintenance technicians.
The experience and expertise of our support teams covers all major vendors, products and technologies, meaning they can be relied upon to provide fast and efficient resolutions to mission critical issues.
Secure data erasure
LA Direct Solutions offers multiple on-site and off-site secure data erasure services, all ensuring increased data security whilst reducing risk of data loss during transit.
For on-site erasure, our engineers can attend site with all equipment necessary to perform secure erasure, without the need to remove drives from your office or data centre. Our engineers are equipped to erase any type of hard drive, be it fibre, SATA, SAS or other.
Off-site erasure are conducted at our secure facility, where we’re able to wipe over 1000 drives per day.
All data erasure is completed with a 3 pass wipe, utilising CESG approved data erasure software. We currently use market leading software from White Canyon and Blancco.

Our central warehouse in Bracknell, UK, holds over £6M in IT systems and components, ranging from individual spares and upgrades through to fully configurable server units and arrays. If you or your customers are in need of specific parts, it’s likely we’ll already have them in stock.
If we happen not to, our international sourcing team will work to find exact or compatible parts to suit requirements, operating from 5 locations across the world.
