Upon submitting a ticket, you will need to include the following:

  • Name
  • Contact details (phone number and email address)
  • Sales order reference
  • System tag or serial number of hardware
  • Description of the problem

Booking an engineer with us is simple.

  • Submit the job spec outlining the requirements.
  • Our team will assess the job spec and determine the details for fulfilling your request.
  • We’ll provide a cost estimate for engineering work and materials/equipment.
  • Our engineers will attend the office or data centre with all the necessary equipment.
  • Any extra work not initially quoted will be recorded and charged accordingly.
